Important Terms & Conditions.!!

1. The Hemant Brijwasi Live Concert is free only for individuals/families who have donated atleast 500 SEK / adult person.

2. The 1st Oct. evening dinner ticket is not valid on it's own. It has to be purchased in conjunction with the Hemant Brijwasi live in concert ticket.

3. Kids above 3 years have to buy relevant tickets and food coupons as applicable.

4. Kindly note that there will be no option for food for kids 3 years & below. Parents are requested to make arrangements for the same.

5. All food items are sourced from reputed vendors. Sambandh or the event committe will no way be responsible for the quality/quantity of the food.

6. On 2nd Oct. evening, we will have a food mela in the event. The details will be shared later.

7. Please keep your valuables safe. Sambandh will be in no way responsible for the items which are lost.

8. All are expected to keep the venue clean. Kindly use the designated trash bins.

9. Sambandh is offering earlybird discount on the Live Concert tickets till 26th of August 2022 midnight. The full price of the live concert are : Adult -250 SEK(Discounted price -195 SEK)  and Kids - 125 SEK (Discounted price -95 SEK)

10. Door Closes for the Hemant Brijwasi live in Concert strictly at 18:00

11. There are less number of seats compared to the overall attendance hence, seats are not guaranteed- rather will be allocated on priority to handicapped/elderly/pregnant women. Anything remaining will be allocated on First come first served basis.

12. We request you to maintain silence during the Live concert and also kindly keep your phone in silent mode. We also request you to manage your kids and their safety during the event.

13. Please note it is your responsibility to keep your barcoded ticket safe. If anyone copies the ticket and get it scanned, then your ticket will be failed while scanning again and your entry may be restricted.

14. Kindly mention your email address correctly, else you will not receive the barcoded tickets in your email.

15. Please note that the tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable

16. Kindly bring all the barcoded tickets that you have recived via e-mail. Please note entry to the venue is subject to succesful authentication of your barcoded ticket.

By filling this form you provide us with your personal information like email address and phone number which will be collected by the organization for event registration and for other internal purposes regarding any problems with booking. Additionally, we may also reach out to you to get, and poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires via email, telephone, or text messages. If you wish not to be contacted, you can inform us at sambandhsweden@gmail.com and we will respect and abide by your decision. However, there will be no unauthorized sharing of the said data by Sambandh to any external company for marketing purposes.
